Paos Holdings Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1965 on 11 November 1997 to be the listing vehicle for the purpose of flotation of PHB Group on the Main Board of the KLSE. The principal activity of the PHB is that of investment holding. The Companies within the Group are as follows:


The Group’s operations are divided into three business segments namely manufacturing, trading and integrated hotel operation and property investment. The Group’s main manufacturing activities are that of manufacturing of bar soap. Additionally, the Group is involved in trading in specialty fats produce from palm oil and trading of marine gas oil.

The Group also owns the retail podium and office space located at Kompleks Selangor, Jalan Sultan, Kuala Lumpur along with The 5 Elements Hotel which is located at the adjoining property.
